1. Strategic Advisory Scope

KOUNS provides strategic advisory, brand platforming, commercial business development, and market data intelligence services. These terms govern the use of our digital platforms and set forth the principles applicable to all client advisory dialogues and engagements.

2. Intellectual Property & Frameworks

All proprietary advisory methodologies, strategic frameworks, data models, and content published by KOUNS remain the exclusive intellectual property of KOUNS. Bespoke deliverables created specifically for clients are assigned and governed under individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Advisory Engagements & Deliverables

Strategic guidance, market projections, and growth roadmaps provided during consultations represent professional recommendations tailored to specific business contexts. Commercial outcomes depend on market factors and client execution. KOUNS partners closely with leadership to maximize strategic clarity and execution velocity.

4. Client Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared strategic, financial, and organizational data with absolute confidentiality. Mutual NDAs are executed prior to all deep-dive data reviews and bespoke strategic sprints.
